4. Account Access & Security

6. Subscription Plans & Payments

Payment Terms:

• All subscription payments are processed securely through Razorpay
• Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes
• Subscription validity starts from payment confirmation date
• Monthly Plan: 30 days validity | Yearly Plan: 365 days validity
• No auto-renewal - you choose when to renew

Refund Policy:

• Refunds available only for technical issues, double payments, or unauthorized transactions
• No refunds for change of mind, non-usage, or personal reasons

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted service but:

• Extended downtime (>48 hours) may qualify for subscription extension or refund

9. Limitation of Liability

• We are NOT responsible for your actual NEET exam result, ranking, or selection outcome
• Mock test performance does NOT guarantee NEET success
• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from platform use
• Maximum liability is limited to the subscription amount paid (if any)
• Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind

12. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

13. Termination of Account

Consequence: No refunds will be provided for accounts terminated due to policy violations.
