1. Subscription Plans Overview

NEET Mock Test Portal offers both free and premium subscription plans for comprehensive NEET preparation:

• Free Plan: Limited mock tests with basic features
• Monthly Plan: Unlimited tests, AI solutions, 13 languages (30 days validity)
• Yearly Plan: All premium features with maximum savings (365 days validity)

2. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay payment gateway. We support:

• Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Rupay, American Express)
• Net Banking (all major banks)
• UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM)
• Digital Wallets (Paytm, MobiKwik, etc.)

3. Cancellation Policy

Before Subscription Activation:

• You can cancel your subscription purchase anytime before payment completion
• No charges will be applied if payment is not completed

After Subscription Activation:

• Once payment is successful and subscription is activated, it cannot be cancelled mid-term
• Your subscription will remain active until the expiry date (30 days or 365 days)
• Auto-renewal is NOT enabled - you choose when to renew

4. Refund Policy

Refunds ARE Available in These Cases:

• ✅ Technical Issues: If platform is inaccessible due to our technical problems for more than 48 hours
• ✅ Double Payment: If you've been charged twice for the same subscription
• ✅ Unauthorized Transaction: If payment was made without your consent
• ✅ Service Not Delivered: If subscription features are not accessible after payment

Refunds Are NOT Available in These Cases:

• ❌ Change of mind after subscription activation
• ❌ Not using the platform after subscription
• ❌ Unable to prepare for NEET due to personal reasons
• ❌ Subscription expiry (no refunds for unused days)
• ❌ Violation of terms of service (account suspension)

5. Refund Process

If you're eligible for a refund, follow these steps:

1. Contact Support: Email us at neetmock.help@gmail.com with your request
2. Provide Details: Include Order ID, Payment ID, User ID, and reason for refund
3. Verification: Our team will verify your claim within 2-3 business days
4. Approval: If approved, refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
5. Refund Method: Amount will be credited to original payment source

6. Subscription Validity

• Monthly Plan: Valid for 30 days from activation date
• Yearly Plan: Valid for 365 days from activation date
• Validity starts from payment confirmation, not from first test attempt
• No extension or pause option available during validity period
• Expired subscriptions cannot be reactivated - purchase new subscription

7. Price Changes

We may update our subscription prices from time to time:

• Existing subscribers will NOT be affected until their current subscription expires
• Price changes will be notified via email and on the pricing page
• You can continue using current features until subscription expiry

8. Platform Downtime

In case of scheduled maintenance or unexpected downtime:

• We will notify users in advance for scheduled maintenance
• Extended downtime (>48 hours) may qualify for subscription extension or refund
• Contact support if you face access issues during your subscription period

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts in these situations:

• Fraudulent payment or chargeback disputes
• Sharing login credentials or subscription with others
• Misuse of platform (automated bots, scraping, etc.)
• Violation of terms of service

Note: No refunds will be provided for accounts terminated due to policy violations.
